Tanner Ludtke scores his fifth-career goal against North Dakota and fourth at Ralph Engelstad Arena. The goal was Minnesota's first power-play goal against North Dakota since Matthew Knies' on Oct. 22, 2022. The Fighting Hawks had killed off nine-straight #Gophers power plays.

The first ECHL goal by a former Gopher in 2025-26 comes from Bryce Brodzinski, who scores his first for the Savannah Ghost Pirates. Brodzinski, who has since scored another goal to tie Savannah's game against Norfolk (his former team), led ECHL #Gophers with 53 points last year.
Tanner Ludtke is the seventh player to score his first #Gophers goal at Ralph Engelstad Arena. Ludtke is the first player to score his first Gopher goal shorthanded since Grant Cruikshank versus Minnesota Duluth on Oct. 22, 2021.
Mason Moe becomes the sixth player to score his first #Gophers goal at Ralph Engelstad Arena, joining Mike Erickson, Nate Hagemo, Seth Helgeson, Mark Alt, and Oliver Moore. All-time, 52 players have scored their first Gopher goals against North Dakota.

L.J. Mooney and Tanner Ludtke became the 44th and 45th #Gophers to record shootout attempts and the 11th and 12th Gophers to score shootout goals, respectively, all-time. Ludtke, Matthew Wood, Rhett Pitlick, and Garrett Pinoniemi scored college shootout goals for other schools.
