Jan. 27 Igor Runets took part in a Russian parliament working session on the regulation of the mining industry. The participants strongly believe that the mining industry regulation will contribute to the economic growth due to a broader tax base and job creation.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russia has competitive advantages in mining due to its qualified personnel and the surplus of electricity. Mr Putin asked the Government and the Central Bank to reach a consensus decision on the cryptocurrency regulation in Russia.
