Check out my keynote at @ainativedev! AX⚡️DX - now AX is now a requirement in creating a good DX
Your codebase already has AI contributors. If they don’t understand it, that’s on you. In this segment from AI Native DevCon, Sean Roberts (@JavaSquip), VP of Applied AI at @Netlify, explains why agent experience is, in fact, an extension of developer experience. He also…
So rad!

Not to mention, we’ve seen that fewer tokens = fewer back and forth = fasterrrrrr. Agent Runners are easy for whole teams to run CLI agents which means your whole team can use the best agents to iterate on real world sites. So rad
After some testing we've now made Claude Opus 4.5 the default model for Claude Code Agent Runners on @Netlify While it uses more credits per token than Sonnet, it uses less tokens overall and deliver excellent results. Try it now with an Agent Run.

I’ve said for a long time, MCPs won’t go anywhere (really) until they can expose branding and style from the producers. This is a great direction to get this actually standardized so more clients are confident in the longevity of the approach

Wow, 9 million developers on Netlify. We onboarded a million new developers the last 3 months. If you're on of them, thank you! What do you want us to ship next?
Everyone loves TUIs, so even when I build a small single-page website these days, ofc it has to be TUI-inspired. This is for @Netlify's new prerendering extension: do-you-need-prerender.netlify.app
I've been using @tan_stack Start for a new project and it's super good. The server functions completely replace the need for TRPC/GraphQL/REST, the middleware is composable and fully typed, and having TSRouter's nice typing and stateful search params is icing on the cake. A+!
🌶️? .. "use {thing}" directives are a terrible DX and using them more is doing nothing good for anyone. They also make a for a terrible AX as well - AIs are great at following call stacks but following callstacks and making sure they capture magic string directives.. less so
If you're not planning to support a great agent experience, I firmly believe you'll be left behind and will be irrelevant in this new world. Full stop At the same time, how we're building great AX is very emergent. Parts of it means great HTML (still), other parts are MCP(-ui)
