Microbiome Data Analytics Boot Camp
Researchers will learn about 16S rRNA gene sequencing surveys, and the methodology of the design and analysis of Amplicon Sequence Variant (ASV) based investigations of microbial communities.
If you are interested in learning microbiome data science, come join us at our upcoming workshop with @Mo2Dav. Hope to see you there!

Happy Sunday! We have a rare summer episode tonight - we're joined by Christine Tataru, PhD student in Maude David's lab here at OSU. Christine tackles the most pressing questions in the gut microbiome field: how do we use all the data we have, and what does it mean biologically?
I am currently looking for a research assistant/research associate for an industry funded project focused on synthetic biology and microfluidics. Due to the rapid nature the applicant should be able to start in early August. This position is open to BS, MS or PhD level applicants
