When I looked into the quantum computing risk to Bitcoin earlier this year, the conclusion I came to was that it's not clear it's going to be a risk anytime soon, but people are already working on it anyway just in case. That is generally still the case. Maybe that's boring. 🤷♂️

Buying bitcoin is a far less expensive way of acquiring bitcoin than building a massive quantum computer to “mine” vulnerable coins. It’s also actually feasible today, no need to underwrite a risky capital investment that can only be used once. Few understand this.
I can attest to this. @terribletrader_ is vibe coding a backend system for everything we do on the business side at @TFTC21. Mind blowing what he’s built in one week.
