When building a product, it’s easy to add a feature, but so much harder to polish it into something people actually want to use. We shipped basic Slack support in Basedash months ago, but kept polishing it into one of the best Slack bot experiences you can find.

We got two-way syncing of @Basedash chats between slack and Basedash. So if you start a chat thread in Slack and ask a follow-up in Basedash, the entire chat thread shows up in both places.

GPT-5.1 was a surprisingly good model update. We're seeing a 2x speedup for the same quality of responses in our AI data analyst.

We're seeing a 2x speedup for the same quality of responses in our AI data analyst.

We've upgraded our Basedash chat agent to use GPT-5.1 and noticed significant speed improvements. We're always quick to update to the latest models so that our users can benefit from new features/improvements related to AI.

Love this pattern in our app. All breadcrumbs have a tooltip that shows basic info about the page, and when you click the breadcrumb it opens a dialog to rename the entity.

Master class in dithering. It's a big part of our visual design language at @Basedash across both marketing and product.

Okay let's talk about dithering. It's the thing right now, but before you go off and start adding it to all of your images and making your site look all low-fi, let me tell you how it can work, how it breaks, and some tools to get it to look best. Let's go 👇

I just did all of the @MavenBI data drills in with 100% accuracy in @Basedash in less than five minutes. 6 challenges. No mistakes. One prompt each. I can't write SQL. No additional context, no guidance on what tables to use, how to structure things, where to look other…

Top 5 AI products I actually use every day: - @cursor_ai for vibe coding - @Basedash for vibe analytics - @WillowVoiceAI for prompting my vibe coding & analytics - @Apple Siri for turning on my lights (unsuccessfully) - @ZojirushiUSA for... wait why does my rice cooker have AI?
