Want to know the difference between top BDRs? I joined 1 week after the other BDR, he has 69 dials, I have 339 dials. I have booked 9 meetings and this is my 4th week here. He has booked 4 (still impressive). No matter what, I will never be less than first. Always go for #1
I’ve been locked in for the last 2 weeks so I couldn’t post much Lots happening externally in my life. But it doesn’t fucking matter because life still goes on. 457 dials last 2 weeks. 16 meetings booked.
So much negativity around the future and the current state of the world. I’m still amazed about how humans created planes. We’re literally flying in the air like birds. Crazy what humans can achieve. We will have a bright future.
The other BDR I am competing with spent the last week on creating a 40 page sequence for each persona. I’ve booked 3 meetings in that same amount of time, other BDR had 0 dials. Now I’ve got sequences to use and more meetings. Just dial man.
My favourite people on the phones are the ones that throw the most objections. Landing that meeting after is so fucking satisfying. No matter what, never drop your status below them. You have something they want.
If you’re a BDR and you want to promote to AE in today’s world, you have to outwork every single person in your org, and I literally mean that. No one will care about your over attainment. They want to see if you’ve got what it takes as an AE.
I have a conference next week with a lot of prospects that I want to land coming. What’s the best strategy to run for these type of events. So far looking at their LinkedIn pictures, but what’s everyone’s thoughts on reaching out beforehand. Might be too creepy.
You can just call people Set meetings And close deals from it And like, make fat commission from doing it
Been in active, back from onboarding training. Straight into QBRs. Back in the battlefield from Wednesday
"wait, is this a cold call?"

What’s everyone thoughts on command of the message?
I never considered my self the best cold caller, often didn't have the highest conversion rate. But I did out work the fuck out of everyone so it didn't really matter. Inputs > Outputs.
You know you're at the right company when you feel the onboarding is world class. Super engaging, no fluff.
The SDRBot is now live Link in bio Video here on how it works
What a life in sales, international travel paid for, in a great hotel, and im technically the most junior in the organisation. 95% people do not get to experience this.
Americans are one of the friendliest people in the world, crazy difference between Australians
Ended my first month on 600%. 2 meetings got pushed out, should tee up for an another amazing month.
Joining the right company early on is what will accelerate your sales career. I learned this the hard way and went after the OTE. Research the company, see how everyone is performing, and will it be a product you believe in.
