In medicine some days are 10/10 and some days are 2/10 and the average of those two scores is 6/10, which in letter grades is a C.

Due to covid I don't get to see patients during ward round. I wait outside the bay to document whilst my consultant/registrar goes in. Today I went to check on a patient staying by herself in a room and I think we both really needed that chat! #fiy1

Really struggled to manage my time yesterday and felt so incompetent handing over so many jobs to the night SHO, but she gave me the sweetest pep talk and went through how to prioritise jobs, so hopefully today will be a better day🙌! #MedTwitter
