If you saw your doctor or mechanic about a problem, & they whipped out an archaic tool to fix u (ie tiny screwdriver), u would know the chances for resolution would be low. This is the same for IT specializations. Without the right tools, we're probably gonna get it wrong.
Them: "our Oracle database is slow" Me: "You are only giving Oracle 4GB of RAM and your database is over 100GB" Them: "We don't have a budget to support more resources" Me: "That is a bummer. Here's the reality of what you have to see" fastgood.cheap
