@LunaticAtLarge If they're on the same server, it can't be WP, and if they're on different servers, it can only be WP if badly configured...
@LunaticAtLarge Frankly I think the tech just didn't know and made that up to get through their day. It's probably actually config-related.
@LunaticAtLarge Do they have a specific reason to blame WP, which runs without problems on essentially every host, including GoDaddy?
@LunaticAtLarge Am I correct in guessing you didn't have this problem with this wordpress on this server earlier?
@LunaticAtLarge I wouldn't bother. Most shared hosts have binary caching in place (eg APC) which does the same work fundamentally better.
