This would be a fantastic development for Dublin and indeed other cities throughout Ireland. I'd certainly feel safer in town at night if it was peppered with residential homes. We have to start to consider every space given the current housing situation!!
“Living above the shop” in Shoreditch London. This is what we want for Dublin. An application for 4 apartments on Grafton St was objected to. But nothing lights up a city or creates a sense of safety than a populated street.

Heartbroken listening to this Dad advocate for his son. HOW & WHY are this child & others being allowed to suffer & I am purposely using the word suffer. I would not be as physically able as I am now had I not had the necessary orthopaedic surgery I had as a child. Disgraceful

For anyone feeling bad about GCSEs or Leaving Cert? I failed my GCSEs, got pregnant at 15, left school & was homeless. I cleaned toilets for years. I'm a doctor now, I'm a university lecturer & im happy! Your results in school don't measure your full potential. Don't give up!
Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to meet Leigh, but I know through others in the disabiliry community that she was a supreme advocate & the impact she had on many lives will be her legacy. May she rest in power & peace.
