For those with compromised immune systems, receiving the #COVID19 vaccine is no guarantee they will be protected from the virus on.natgeo.com/3h0nJxN

This made me cry. I think some humans should be required to stay in quarantine forever.

I would like to thank @BillGates, @gatesfoundation, @GaviSeth for this key partnership of risk sharing and manufacturing of a 100 million doses, which will also ensure equitable access at an affordable price to many countries around the world. bit.ly/33CwY26

Happy #worldconservationday. We spend $35 bil/y on #bottledwater but the entire system gets ~ $46 bil. Ppl say there's no money to fix #H20 issues. Turns out there is & we're already spending it on #water, one crushable #plasticbottle at a time. #TuesdayThoughts @PlasticOceans

#WorldOceansDay 🌊 Did you know that phytoplankton give the #ocean its color and are the source of nearly all life in the sea? The marine scientist Dr Richard Kirby captures stunning images and videos of #plankton using #ZEISS microscopes. @PlanktonPundit @zeiss_micro

...so then this happened. When will they learn to put the health of our planet over the wealth in their pockets? Probably never until everyday people push hard for real change. Devastating. #RussianOilSpill #ArcticCircle #StateofEmergencyRussia washingtonpost.com/world/europe/r…

Racism exists in every nook and cranny of life. It exists on the street, in the work place, school, and definitely in the diving industry. The people who are responsible for keeping us safe and teaching us are sometimes the ones who makes us feel the most unsafe. A sad reality.

Been at boiling point for generations. From little things that make you wonder to outright murder. When will we be a gen that only reads about these things as history & not experience them? #protests #georgesfloyd #riots2020 #equality #InstitutionalRacism @AcademicChatter
