To all the live cell imaging folks out there - does anyone know of a commercial source of Rose chambers (pictured below)? Or a similar commercially available chamber for mounting a glass coverslip for long-term live imaging? Thanks for any suggestions!

So sad to hear the passing of Prof Sir Michael Berridge FRS - discoverer of IP3 signalling. He was inspiring and always asking the most perceptive of questions. His legacy remains. Forever grateful for his support.

For this #FluorescenceFriday I would like to honor the memory of Roger Y. Tsien, who passed away 3 years ago on August 24. His legacy lives on in all who use the myriad of probes he developed, including calcium sensors and fluorescent proteins, and the acetoxymethyl (AM) ester.

Maybe someone already suggested this, but this tweet made me think that every scientific meeting/conference over the next year should organize an Eaton 5K. I don’t run myself, but I’d walk it at #ascbembo19. What say you @ASCBiology @GeneticsGSA?
