Our health IDL started this week ‘make Springburn healthy’. There was Trips to Springburn leisure centre and Elation gym where our S1’s learned about different methods of training and aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
Great for to work with our local butchers here in Springburn who sourced hearts for us! S4 pupils enjoyed this hands on experience ahead of their exam leave📖
Big thank you to A Weir, our local butcher, for sourcing hearts for us 🙌🏻 lots of problem solving & some great teamwork shown by S4 during dissections🫀
Our Senior Phase Biologists enjoyed a day out at Edinburgh Zoo yesterday. Thank you to @rzss for hosting and delivering interesting and thought-provoking lessons for our N5 and Higher pupils. @springburnacad
