One of the positive perspectives coming out of quarantine is that so many people have been reminded that humans weren’t created to sit in an office all day.


- Blue light glasses if watching TV - Only fiction books - Phone is set to Night Mode and Do Not Disturb” - No liquids 1.5 hours before planned sleep time - Air conditioning is set at 67 & humidifier is on - Aim to be in bed 30-45 minutes before desired sleep time

Tell me how you wind down at the end of the day to *chill* before bed! What are your rituals? What do you eat/drink/wear?



This isn’t an easy conclusion to reach. This isn’t an easy behavior to change. Especially since drinking is heavily rooted in most social interactions. It’s easy to be pressured into “one drink.” What helps me? Asking myself, “does this activity help/hurt my goals?”

I used to drink and party often. Then it occurred to me... what’s the point? I feel sick.. My workouts are sabotaged... My mental heath gets destroyed... It does nothing but weigh me down and inhibit growth. Safe to say, I have no desire to drink anymore.
