Standards based tracking. That way the next teacher knows where and what to teach each student. It is something I do personally but I want more of my department to try!
Something that has always bothered me ... My 9th grade Algebra students all failed 8th grade Algebra. Why do they start over from scratch like the did nothing and learned nothing. How can we rethink this system?
