I can’t believe the ref handed Liverpool the win by deciding to dribble out of the box instead of clearing the ball.
Don’t get me wrong—the US has massive, glaring class solidarity issues. But I still can’t fathom how in the UK, the working class literally get together every weekend to sadistically sing about poverty in other cities (often with no regard to their own city’s poverty). Yikes.
Took two minutes for a chant of "sign on" at the City Ground. Unemployment rate in Nottingham is 5.9% compared to 5.7% in Liverpool. I obviously don't say this as competition, but it's grim that a universal social problem a source of chanting.
