Software engineer exploring the mental models behind great code

For a while now i've had this feature on my personal chrome extension , to stash and unstash tabs. This is especially useful when context switching, especially at work when i'm working on multiple tasks. anyone else built / have something similar?

LLM's are going to hallucinate in an attempt to satisfy their training goals, the biggest proof of this is the seahorse emoji test on chatgpt, ultimately we'll have to verify every source that goes into a response but that defeats the main purpose of these tools.

I preferred using Perplexity because they seemed to have solved the problem of hallucination. Well, not anymore: Perplexity started to make up sources that do not exist. Hallucinations seem to be something that always stays with LLMs and LLM products... never fully trust LLMs

I love AI studio, all prototyping I do happens in AI studio.

Damn, he put 99% of design Twitter on rage mode.

If they have so many clients, why they always posting mockups and concepts?

If OpenAI pulls this off, it will be more than traditional ads. Imagine a personal influencer tailored to you, recommending products.

This will be huge!!!

Everyone is going to be able to vibe code video games by the end of 2025

An underrated perk of being one of the most hated apps , you can pull off shit like this.

Microsoft Teams will start snitching to your boss when you’re not in the office Microsoft is rolling out an update that will let Teams report when you're in the office—and when you're not.

'use workflow' sounds dead simple on paper—durable async magic for AI flows! But it's compiler magic 🪄: Strings hiding eventual consistency nightmares ,👾. What it Needs is killer observability & zero Vercel lock-in to run anywhere. #NextJS #WebDev

I read this twice to ensure I'm not upset about the wrong thing. Backend engineering isn't disappearing; as you scale, all these small abstractions will cause issues. I love Convex, but this thread is just marketing shit post.

Cloudflare has workflows, Convex has workflows, now Vercel has workflows. New kinds of platforms are consolidating server-side compute and storage. This is because backend engineering is about to get squashed and abstracted away. 🧵👇

I lost 2hours trying to get this tiny 🔵 to track the DOM selection properly across, DOM, content editable, textarea and input.

I don't like the browser remembering everything. A feature like Google's "Magic Cue" to surface data across tabs would make life easier.🪄

ChatGPT Atlas can remember what you’ve searched, visited, and asked about — giving ChatGPT better context for more accurate answers. You can also ask it to open, close, or revisit any of your tabs anytime.

I liked your design , so made my on version of it #figmadesign
