Exercise slowed the growth of cancer and reduced cancer mortality by increasing plasma lactate which boosted the activity of cytotoxic T-cells in mice. Exercise had the same effect on lactate and cytotoxic T-cell activity in humans. sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/…
