Being able to admit when you're wrong is one of the most underrated personality traits. It takes confidence to own up to your mistakes, and that strength of character is something to be admired.

So I drastically messed up a job interview. I passed the first two of three interviews, but when it came to the technical interview I basically choked up on what was a simple @laravelphp and @inertiajs question. How do you deal with interview nervousness?
Do you ever get so overwhelmed by commitments that you kinda wanna quit but you force yourself to keep going because you don't actually want to quit (you really really want to finish) you just have anxiety?
Career advice: Work for a startup in your early years. The amount of learning is exponential compared to working at a large company.
