my thoughts on the compiler's strictness after using it professionally:
logic bugs are rarer than in other languages due to functional patterns being recommended, it's much easier to reason about the code and while logic bugs can still happen in languages like haskell it doesn't in practice memory aliasing also helps with logic bugs since it guards…
