I received 11 emails today from the Trump Campaign to my spam account, each asking for donation money to fund the legal battle against election fraud. I feel bad for the people who are donating since funds (less than $8k) will not go towards the recount battle.
I’m also thankful that I can use this time as a teaching moment for my kids. Character, grace, and empathy matters.
To hear President Biden speak about unity, and not division, felt SO good. It is a message I haven’t heard heard much of over the past 4 yrs from either side. I didn’t realize how much I needed to hear that. I hope the message is real and the walls of division can begin to fall.
If you support Trump because of your political beliefs, I can understand and respect your decision. If you respect Trump as the leader of this nation, I cannot.
