I'm learning how to animate in Blender the last couple days to make a visual aid for pitching to investors. It's slow going, but I'm making progress.

There's really only one thing I genuinely dislike about working in aerospace, and that's not being able to fully take advantage of AI tools due to export control laws. Don't get me wrong, I agree with the policy given the circumstances. But we're missing out.

Did some template metaprogramming today. We don't use the STL for reasons, so I occasionally implement things from scratch. Today it was the algorithms, iterator, type_traits, and utility headers. Not in their entirety mind you, just about 1500 lines worth of things I needed.

Having a great business idea, and the skills to follow through, but neither the time nor money to take a shot, is extremely frustrating.
It's only natural for people to discredit or discount AI. Fear is a reasonable response. But let's not kid ourselves. Change is coming.
