MTN is pushing pathetic to new heights! You can no longer interact through USSD codes or even call customer service. The only option for support is to go into a branch and stand in a queue
I'm stunned by the incompetence of @MTNza! I have been trying for 20 days to get invoices for 3 months. I have spoken to so many different people. But, they can't get it right!
