I made a cool and fun way to store your recipes in your own digital cookbook! Just released it today! Go check it out :) Kitchen Sync: chromewebstore.google.com/detail/kitchen…

As I’m wrapping up my chrome extension, I decided to add a quick video that will explain Kitchen Sync. I’ll most likely update it later to be more professional but for now here it is. youtu.be/8f1hpi_pzow?si…

Took a break while I was interviewing with Netflix. Didn’t work out but still a great learning process and enjoyed the opportunity. I’ll continue to improve and be better for next time :)

Today I successfully set up Instacart’s production API with my affiliate code. The Instacart team was great to work with and made it really easy :) Now users can order their groceries straight from their cookbook!

How does one connect Claude code to their brain to maximize token usage in their sleep? 🤔 Asking for a friend…

Today I added a quick access button to get to the calendar to add recipes for your week. I wanted it to be a seamless part of the cookbook scene so I thought a post-it note would look nice. #cooking #buildinpublic #recipes

I don’t usually make announcements for this sort of thing… but thank you for almost hitting 100 followers 🙏 I really appreciate everyone who’s been connecting, sharing ideas, and building together. Here’s to growing together! 🧠💻

Day 15: Some days I just want to learn so much it’s hard to split my time in a way that makes sense :) Today will most likely be working on setting up production Instacart API and reviewing affiliate program. Also doing a review of what else needs to be done before deployment.

Day 14: My mom always had a favorite cookbook. I thought it’d be cool to bring back the idea with a virtual recipe book that you can update yourself. #cooking #buildinginpublic #recipes

Day 13: Doing some UI brainstorming for my recipe extension. Just a mockup! But what do you think? I want to make something that stands out and is more involving with real page flipping components.

I want to make something that stands out and is more involving with real page flipping components.

Day 12: What could be more fun for a recipe cooking extension than a recipe book UI! Still a glitchy work in progress for sure but its coming along.

What OpenAI’s doing with Atlas isn’t about beating Google. it’s about rethinking what “search” even means when the web can talk back. So interesting to see the markets they are venturing in.

With AI handling so much of product building, marketing becomes the new moat. It’s what separates a side project from a company.

Day 11: I’m thinking my recipe extension is finally due for a UI overhaul. Any advice?

QA engineers, Claude Code lets you drop a CLAUDE.md file in your repo it learns your test structure, naming conventions, and selectors automatically. AI isn’t replacing QA. It’s finally understanding it. #QA #Automation #Playwright #ClaudeCode #Testing

Fun fact: Approximately 90% of the code for Claude Code is written by Claude Code itself, the system was built to “build itself”.

I had been using Replit for a while and it worked great for a quick MVP check that could be done in a day but recently it’s been completely unusable with how expensive it is. Using Claude Code directly in vscode has been so much more rewarding :)

Having a great time coding new features with Claude Code. Generating an instacart full of groceries from any recipe at the click of a button 🥕
