I will be shocked if the govt puts a sunset-clause. There are diseases that are more dangerous than covid which have vaccines, why not include those in vaccine passports too?
Because it’s a sunset-clause measure to get us through reopening - faster. It enables people to do more, work more, have more fun. If it leads to dreadful violations of habeas corpus and ID cards - well, feel free to call me gullible.
Hope most MPs oppose this "vaccine passport". Govt should focus on getting vaccines deployment.

I‘d accept immunity/negtest passports as a means to temporarily open big events ahead of schedule. The idea they could persist after 21 June - when we’re told all restrictions can end - is totally wrongheaded and undermines trust.
Vaccine passports would create a 3 tier society, the vaccinated for old variants, the unvaccinated and those who are getting booster shots in the autumn. Young people would be asked to pay for expensive tests that cost 100 quid each time they go to the pubs. #NoVaccinePassports
