Today's the day to catch Liam McLennan's epic Nokia Composer rebuild at #NDCMelbourne! 😎 ndcmelbourne.com/slots/a-c-noki…
It's time to prepare for Seq Clustering! 😎 All the details: blog.datalust.co/seq-clustering/
Seq turns 11! 🎉 Last year we were too busy programming to celebrate, so we're eating double servings of cake this year 😇 A huge thank-you to our customers and friends for your continued support and trust, we couldn't have made it this far without you 🙏
System Notifications! Seq 2025.1 includes a bunch of small manageability improvements like this one: blog.datalust.co/system-notific…
Faster (parallel, memoized) percentile computations are coming to Seq in 2025.1 🚀 blog.datalust.co/faster-percent…
Introducing the Seq Command Palette: blog.datalust.co/the-seq-comman… With Seq 2025.1 Preview 2 just published, it's a great time to try this out and share your feedback 🙂
Inspired by @staff0rd ' work on LLM agents, I built an MCP server that lets LLMs interact with #SEQ. It's amazing to see LLMs analyse system behavior by speaking SEQ's language through MCP! Check out here: ahmadreza.com/2025/02/buildi… #LLM #MCP @nblumhardt @datalust_seq
We've taken the wraps off the next big Seq update! Seq 2025.1 Preview 1 is ready for you to try 😎 Details and links to binaries are over on the Seq blog: blog.datalust.co/seq-2025-1-pre…
Seq continues to amaze me. My personal dev machine tracking a crazy amount of messages from 50+ microservice workers. Thats 21,000 per MINUTE! @datalust_seq rocks.
After much trial and error, I believe Serilog + Serilog Tracing [+ @datalust_seq] is the best logging/otel stack for most .NET shops. It's simple, effective, and what we use for PureBlazor and our clients.
Our customers use Seq to debug distributed systems. Seq 2025.1 is itself a distributed system. We debug Seq with Seq... debugging inception! Here's our view of a Seq cluster running a query across two nodes ("antechinus" and "bettong" 🐀), captured using an #OTel trace 😁
When the guy from Brisbane and the guy from Melbourne sit next to each other in Adelaide, and manage to match their @datalust_seq socks. @larsklint You have to go home and change. #dddadelaide
We love command palettes in the dev tools we use! In the upcoming Seq 2025.1 release we're adding a universal command palette with quick links to screens, context-specific actions, and (new) keyboard shortcuts. 😎
Heatmaps are coming to Seq in 2025.1 🎉 This new chart type is great for visualizing latency distributions, and is flexible enough to work with many other three-dimensional data sets. We're aiming to publish a preview late-2024; it's shaping up to be a huge release 😎
𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗾 𝗶𝗻 .𝗡𝗘𝗧 If you want to learn how to implement structured logging and distributed tracing in .NET applications, you're in the right place. There's one awesome tool that covers…
