It’s amazing that no model has caught up with Claude on coding. Even if they look good on benchmark they’re still not as good at generating working good looking modern web apps. Whatever magic Anthropic did seems very durable.

10 years ago today, I published my big post on AI. It has aged quite well if I may say so myself. Of the many 2015 predictions I cited in the post about the rate of AI progress ahead, it seems that the most bullish are the ones who had it right.

Honestly, at this point If you give me a programming interview and don't let me use AI assistance you won't get a very realistic idea of what I'm actually capable of

Coding interviews should be using ai. If you disagree you literally don’t understand what ai is for Sure you can use it to fill gaps & find easy answers More importantly you can use it to accelerate and do much bigger things Failing to select for this skill will ruin tech co’s

We've added a Claude-powered prompt improver to the Anthropic Console. Take any prompt, run it through the improver, and get an optimized prompt in return. Here's how it works:

Been using SuperWhisper, ChatGPT and Claude for quite a while now but the big game changer had been Cursor.ai. I’m currently using superwhisper to dictate instructions without having to type and then pasting those instructions into Cursor, which goes about making…

I’ve been using Cursor for 6 months. Having built many MVPs for myself and clients. The truth: Cursor is really dumb if not given enough context about your project. Here what you can do to improve your Cursor workflow🧵

(1 of 2) RIP John Mayall. Extraordinarily important Godfather of British Blues. Elevated Eric Clapton to permanent God status, gave us and Fleetwood Mac Peter Green, gave us and the Stones Mick Taylor, and left us lots and lots of soulful, diverse, great music.

I've essentially been told for the last 5 years by so many people in the WordPress ecosystem that scalability and maintainability in web design don't really matter. It started with me pointing out that 95% of page builders, including the block editor itself, reject the concept…

I have been using MU plugins on my personal sites for many years, and I thought some may find them useful as well, so I've open-sourced them: github.com/felixarntz/fel… They're mostly about WP Admin UI enhancements, block editor tweaks, disabling some core features, and more.
