Feeling a bit frustrated after day 34 in #100DaysOfSwiftUI. Has anyone tackled Apple’s official SwiftUI framework documentation?

Up through day 34 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI, and I have to be honest, this was the first challenge I didn’t get through. My plan is to come back and try it again after pushing forward a few more days in the course. Anyone else have trouble with the animation challenge?

Took me longer than expected to get through day 30 and 31 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI, I understood everything going on but I was having issues with “I would never think to come up with that as a solution to these problems.” Is that normal?

Day 29 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI down. Introduced to List, Bundles, working with strings in UITextChecker and later on dealing with JSON. I feel we are entering the ramp up phase! Time to buckle up and maybe review some Swift fundamentals!

Finished up through day 28 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI, introduced to Stepper, DatePicker, DateFormatter and Create ML for machine learning. It’s wild how easy the ML implementation was.

Thru Day 22 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI, project 2 finished and challenges complete! Took the challenge and triggered an .alert within another .alert within an if statement and it works! Not sure if that was the best approach but all seems good in the codebase and app!

Dim sum for brunch today 🤤

Day 20 #100DaysOfSwiftUI, prepped for project 2 in ways of learning stacks to arrange views, colors, frames, gradients, etc. + button styles and showing alerts. Creating alerts and adding multiple trailing closures actually solidified my trailing closure knowledge! Aha moment! :)

Day 19 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI, took the challenge and created my own app from scratch with the option of making a temperature converting app. I think I could have simplified the logic but it works!

Happy Friday to all that this reaches and to those it doesn’t reach! Go out there and do what makes you happy 😃

Hi @twostraws the last challenge on day 18 of storing the currency formatter all of these options work. Which would you suggest is the correct way? Why does = or a trailing closure work here? 🤔🤯

Wrapped day 18 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI, finished the first project with the focus on how SwiftUI handles views and state! In the last coding challenge of placing a formater into a property, there are three ways I stored the property and each one works. Can someone help? Next tweet

Up and through day 17 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI, pulling back the curtain to see how Swift with SwiftUI builds apps in real life is very satisfying! There was some head scratching moments and rereads but it’s all coming together!

Anyone working on personal project while going through #100DaysOfSwiftUI ? I don’t want to get stuck in tutorial purgatory and about to start the projects/day 16.

Finished up to day 14 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI wrapping up #protocols #extension and #optionals optionals in particular hurt my 🧠, not the theory but the syntax to work with them! I had to go through it a few times. It sunk in tho, I crushed through checkpoint 9 with not hints!

Good morning! I have to take a couple days off of learning #100DaysOfSwiftUI to film a project. How do you guys keep the dev 🧠 fresh when you have to switch gears for a while?

Finished day 11 & 12 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI wrapping up #structs with access control and static properties/methods. This sequed nicely into #classes and their inheritance, which is actually much closer to #JavaScript #es6 classes. This course has been fantastic thus far!

Finished day 10 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI learning #structs. Structs feel very much the same as classes in #JavaScript in particular #ES6 and beyond. Property observers (didSet, willSet) feel very much like lifecycle methods in #react especially with state! 🤩

Just finished day 9 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI of all things #closures. In particular closures and parameters is 🤯

Just finished day 8 of #100DaysOfSwiftUI. The checkpoint #4 challenge was tough but I think my solution is working!
