Hanging out in deloris Park for the first time in years. A park ranger walks up to a group to ask them politely to please smoke their pot away from the kids playground. Subtle changes. Never saw a ranger in the park before.
The bill is 14 pages long. No bullshit. Just guaranteeing access to contraceptives and information related to contraceptives. Republicans don’t even represent general republicans anymore. They’ve elected extremists.
Conservatives on Reddit can't figure out why the GOP voted against contraception

You can never ban abortion, you can only ban safe abortions. Read that again.
It was ALWAYS about control and subjugation, never about protecting life. And the fact that people who seek abortions will die is part of the appeal for those who support the ban.
The EXPLICIT justification of an abortion ban is the idea that children are the punishment for unauthorized sex (“well if you didn’t want to get pregnant…”). The unavoidable, implicit corollary is that anyone who persists in refusing that punishment deserves it if they die.

The "product market fit" analogy is a good idea. A successful platform initiative needs to be able to attract teams with a cost benefit incentive. There will always be something that won't fit. Expect and accept exceptions.

The risk of "one platform to rule them all"... as @0x74696d points out, "in organizations large enough to care about platforms, much of the complexity is inherent complexity of the business domain, not incidental complexity." Iterative improvement doesn't always need uniformity.
