Things *always* get better when I use this model to analyse my website. Typically I get more resourcing (manpower, budget). Sometimes, I just get more understanding. But even understanding helps as it cuts the torrent of demands placed on my team. #ux blog.diffily.com

                                            I guess I'm not the only person who ruthlessly skips ahead 3-4mins on *every* episode on *every* podcast I listen to. On some, even more. The actual content generally starts about then. Why? The introductions are usually filler. I prefer it when they get straight to the point.
