So Apple Silicon *should* work with Rosetta although there is no official build for it yet.
Just downgraded my iPhone 6s to iOS 10.0.1 with SEP-Utility Touch ID and Passcode are working!!!
Also, if anyone is being redirected to a page with "Not found on Accelerator" for iOS 10 ipsw url's, so far changing https to http enables the download.
