All @FootballIndex traders have two things in common ⚽️ It was our money that built the platform ⚽️ We played no part in the poor management and comms/ admin After a 25k outlay I’d like to have something to show for it Majority share holding needs to be given to traders
People championing LD ⚽️ Havent determined if there’s grounds for a case in 3 months ⚽️ If theres £7m left £2.5m will go to them ⚽️ Divide the remaining balance between 30,000 users each of us will get £150 ⚽️ And if theyre unsuccessful we are liable for costs #footballindex
i fully agree!!! i will definitely also agree to the CVA. Football without a game like #footballindex is no football. And i want to be a part of it.
CVA should read 60-40 or higher split in favour of traders fundamentally they built the platform Non separation between BetIndex and IndexLabs All existing bets honoured with players values being reset to zero Ring fencing new deposits New management voted for by traders
Completely disagree. Agreeing the CVA and playing the new game long term is only way to get majority of money back. Liquidation will see us get virtually nil.

So when @FootballIndex is going well all 🚀 and 🤑 but now it’s hit turbulence a percentage of traders will tell you it’s 💩 and they a criminals💰 Wonder how many actually had proper money invested because anyone that did wouldn’t want to see it 🔥
A sensible CVA has to be the best way out of this mess 📈 Current portfolios have to be honoured ⚖️ 50% ownership of a new company structure 👔 New credible management 🇺🇸🇩🇪🌎 Global market potential 💷 Ring fenced assets Could still be the best investment we’ve made 🤑
ATM All traders portfolios are worthless Refund of cash balances will be negligible FI have potentially spent all the money The two options are a CVA or LD who are yet to confirm if there’s grounds for a case could take years with no guarantee of a win
