.@lyft six weeks, a lost item chat with the driver, four support chats, two support calls and no result on being reunited with the CONFIRMED lost item on a ride to DFW. This is uncalled for, ridiculous and frustrating. Maybe you don't need our company's 100+ rides per year?
This was just received in the catch-all of one of my companies... too many things wrong with marketing companies today and this is before they incorrectly set up campaigns or actually spend a dollar!!!!!
