I have seen enough design portfolios to believe it is going to be very possible to replace a designer. Not all designers. But if a designers work can’t live up to the quality of a PM paired with AI, it’s going to be tough.
Having a kid has shortened my life. Not in the sense of life expectancy. It’s clarified a distant and abstracted future. I now have a clear landmark of a potential future. What I hope my relationship with him will look like, what I want from my body and finances.
I got a chance to speak on a panel “Designing Native AI Products” for an SF Tech Week event. I got to share what I’ve learned and took away so much from others. I had so much fun! I want to do more of this.
Most of my email is transactional. I rarely am coordinating with a group externally… But I had to coordinate with a number of people from different organizations this week for an event. How is email still such a messy experience? How has this not been solved?
