A new public library in my area has these work stations for caregivers with babies! Maybe these are common in other places but Ive never seen anything like this before.
I used to walk into meetings with a boss trying to get everything perfect to demonstrate I was "the best employee." I now walk in with a growth mindset. I've mentally prepared to hear feedback and how I can get better. It changes everything.
