Decided to use the @USAA chatbot for the first time today. It's pretty worthless except for the most basic questions and has only told me things I already know. I asked it how I could talk to a rep, and it couldn't even properly give me a phone number.

Why is it that the vast majority of posts I see about "strong women" are related to career-driven women who have reached the highest rungs of the ladder? This is a great thing to see, but there's lots of strong women who aren't executive leaders.
