1. By the Grace of the Gods, I am happy to announce that the second book of the Bharat Trilogy "India, Bharat and Pakistan: The Constitutional Journey of a Sandwiched Civilisation", published by Bloomsbury India, is now available for pre orders (advance orders) on Amazon.

We are delighted to announce the publication of #IndiaBharatAndPakistan by @jsaideepak. It takes the discussion forward from its bestselling predecessor, #IndiaThatisBharat, & explores the influence of European & Middle Eastern colonialities on Bharat's constitutional thought.

So these authors and/or “bhakts” have bought every book store, every airport, and pushing their books because they can or because Indians are sell-outs? When you criticise the popularity of a person basis their body of work, bring forth arguments that cut through their work.…

Yesterday I was just scanning the bookstall at Namma Bengaluru airport. To my surprise or (not to my surprise), 98% of books were propaganda. We’ve a booker winner, don’t find a single book of her on any of the bookstalls in Namma Bengalooru. But at least 10 books on Modi, and…

Ever heard of the radical concept that bookstalls stock stellar books like this one by @jsaideepak on their shelves because they actually sell, Dumdum? No sane person wants to read the crap your Booker prize propagandist is regurgitating.

I have read both the books, India that is Bharat and India, Bharat and Pakistan, and I knew that the paid propagandists who made a living by selling fiction, would hate these books from the core of their hearts. For over seven odd decades this eco system of fiction writers and…

Not the last time that these people will seethe at Sai Deepak or Sanjeev Sanyal. India Bharat and Pakistan is essentially a collection of different sources which help build the narrative of how the seeds of Pakistan were sown in the fundamentalist sects post Mughal decline.

JSD's books changed my life in a very positive way, it made me go down the rabbit hole and read the post-/de-colonial literature that helped me a lot in making sense of the world. You can criticise the book as much as you want but dismissing it as "propaganda" is very immature.

The seethe from the Left regarding JSD's books being visible is understandable. I've come across many of my otherwise apolitical colleagues telling me that they have read his works, and it helped them rethink their perspective on such critical issues.
