This is my biggest pet peeve. Nobody wants to start their day early. I request for 8 am appointments ( late by my standards, my work day starts at 7 am), they think I belong to an asylum 😂. And when I am asked for 9 pm routine meetings, I am left speechless:)
Most countries I’ve visited live by the circadian rhythm: office by 7, home before sunset, dinner by 7, kids asleep by 8. Late nights only on Friday & Saturday. Sunday ends early. We have slipped out of this rhythm.
