Listening Without Overbuilding: The Art of Handling Feature Requests

In the not too distant future we won't email back and forth or book on each other's calendars. We'll say "Have your AI contact my AI and we'll work it out"

Jetpack + @innerwebs ...!? Watch out for what's ahead here! Sheesh!

Call me old fashioned; but I really still like the WP "Pingback" feature. It's a great way to get notified of a cross-link. Of course I know it can get out of hand too with spam; but I wish more WP blogs would support it. Am I off-base on this one? Or just old? Or both...

Smart. Love this approach.

The WordPress directory makes it easy to find popular plugins. But finding GOOD plugins that nobody knows about yet? Nearly impossible. So I built Hidden Gems—a plugin that surfaces quality tools before they go mainstream: iconick.io/hidden-gems/

This is a great insight; and it was a great discussion about the future of AI in WordPress. And @jasontheadams happens to be a personal fave of mine. @jameswlepage isn't too bad either.

AI that feels like ✨Magic! Per @jasontheadams "Don't limit yourself to thinking how can I make my product work inside a chat interface… when the user doesn't even know they're using AI your product just feels like magic!" Watch here: youtube.com/watch?v=BETtAR…

Best Practice Alert! 🎯` Striking the right balance of making cancellations easy and pain-free but also getting valuable feedback can be a challenge. Nice work @WooCommerce team!

Just cancelled 4 @WooCommerce extension subscriptions for a client I no longer work with. Took less than 2 minutes and I liked the clear, one-page cancellation form. So much easier to cancel than Easy Digital Downloads 🚀
