Just wrapped on the final session of #MappingMindfully23 Over 30 people from all over the world signed up to explore all things trauma-informed mapping with me over the past five weeks. More reflections later, but for now: I am so grateful for the chance to do this work.

wow. just wrapped up what was such a nourishing call kicking off week 2 for #MappingMindfully. Some folks shared the maps they had made from week 1 on the theme of "self"...and my goodness. lots of goosebumps and deep appreciation to see the ways folks are taking up this work.
Stacy Hsueh just casually dropped a profound statement in a little chat we had, "I do research to be changed." (We were talking about why people research and how so much work seems to be motivated by a desire to change others, rather than discovering for ourselves.)
