It's incredibly shameful for official government representatives to be gloating like this. It's sickening.
I wonder if this casket is carrying the bodies of the two children who died from malnutrition in the South Sudanese village I visited 12 days ago. You know, the one near where the USAID funded childhood malnutrition centre was shuttered with no notice.
