Early in my time managing the Data team at Stripe, @jeffbalogh built a tool called Hubble with massive impact. Here's what it did: - there was a big textarea to type a SQL query into - it showed results in a table - it cached the results, and gave the query + results a permalink

I thought this report ukandeu.ac.uk/research-paper… was a great summary of where we are today, post-Brexit. I didn't appreciate some of the govt changes around farming and the environment, they seem well thought through. The technology and data part though - not so much! @jdportes
