We went on field campaign to #Demmin for the #AgriSens project to collect biophysical, biochemical, atmospheric and soil parameters on winter wheat fields combined with #UAV data. The multispectral #drone images serve as reference data and help monitor low-yield areas.

Today we did first flight tests with our new quadcopter (payload up to 11kg). After figuring out how to handle the beast, we ran basic flight operations and tested speeds up to 100 km/h. Next tests will then carry our #navigation sensors and a broad-band data-link. @Uni_Stuttgart
