I know the answer: it didn't change. They pivoted from using the biomarker and no longer show it. THERE IS NO HUMAN EVIDENCE OF TARGET ENGAGEMENT in the HIGH DOSE cohort. not saying it won't work.....but to say we have human evidence is wrong
