"The one that says they 'don't have time for self-care' is the one that needs to take the break the most". People need to recharge for the long-haul; the need for impartial verification is unending. You can't help if you've benched yourself.
I've never seen so many people pouring through conflict imagery and that means some of them will suffer from trauma, so please take a break, go play some video games, spend time with your family, binge watch something, and don't spend another 16 hours watching people die.

4/7 If Ukraine manages to hold the Russians off for 10 days, then the Russians will have to enter negotiations. Because they have no money, weapons, or resources. Nevertheless, they are indifferent about the sanctions.
The cognitive dissonance on days like today - between the realization that whatever one is involved in at the moment is momentarily comparatively unimportant - but having to continue with that none the less - is strange.
