Yesterday’s adventure was a 7 mile hike from Parc Penallta up to Mynydd Eglwysilan and back. We came across a fallen trig point which made an excellent chaise longue, and were surrounded by skylarks again under beautiful blue sunny skies 😍

Really enjoyed the Giro thanks to S4C’s highlights show (my Welsh is coming on nicely!) followed by the @neverstraysfar pod. Had to turn the pod off at one point as I was laughing so hard about *that* Tour of Britain.
Another running adventure We ran the Wye Valley Greenway again from Chepstow to Tintern and back via Tidenham Tunnel. The hedgerows were stunning as were the views over to the Severn, and again at Tintern. And running through a tunnel is always very cool, quite literally.

Tuesday night we ran up the Garth. A beautiful 10k through woods, fields, wild garlic, bluebells, cows. We took a moment to geek out to the birdsong in my fave pine forest and again when we listened to the skylarks on the Garth. 'My favourite run of the year' - Dan @runningpunks
