50.37.... over hurdles. That's just insane. No way to describe what Sydney McGlaughlin-Levrone has done. How good is that? While running over hurdles, she would have been just 0.2 seconds away from qualifying for the final...in the flat 400m. Insane.

The any endurance running kills all your speed folks are going to have a hard time listening to this one… Your 400m Olympic champ ran a pretty stellar 4:50 for 1500 in 7th grade.

🗣️ “I have a pretty big engine. I used to run cross country. I put a lot of mileage in, a lot of stuff like that. So when I dropped down to an 800, 1500 runner before, and then I dropped down to the 400 and worked on foot speed and a lot of jumps, I always had the strength.” You…

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, so I thought I’d post this.

Would love to see a pro circuit for XC ... and more recreational/amateur opportunities!

Watching NCAA XC confirms everything I love about the sport. Wish there were more opportunities at the pro level...

Ben True. 35 years old. Unsponsored. Still chasing that first Olympic team. Just ran a 27-second 10,000-meter personal best of 27:14.

3:58.63. Every year since 2003, @nickwillis has broken 4 minutes for the mile. He ran his first when he was 19, his 19th, last night, at 37. Nick’s run sets a new world record, previously held by fellow Kiwi, John Walker, who ran 18 sub-4 miles from 1973-1990. Race day is sacred.
