Ciao @FASTWEB. Siamo senza connessione da 9 giorni. La segnalazione da app "non conta" per l'apertura del ticket e la quantificazione dei gg di disservizio. Solite attese infinite, addetti call center che "non ne possono niente" e non danno alcuna info utile. Grazie come sempre.
