As an educator and adult, I often have to remind myself of the size of the problem! I love the idea of using this tool to teach families.
Helping kids learn to manage their emotions when challenges arise starts with giving them perspective on the size of those problems.
I love this strategy...kids give up when they see hands raised, try a fist to the belly thumbs up!
